Terms of Service

Version 1.6 · Last updated 1 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Audit4me (the "Service"), provided by Audit4me ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, your organisation.

1. The Service

Audit4me is an inspection, audit and corrective-action management platform. Features depend on your organisation's plan and your assigned role.

2. Accounts and roles

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the inspections, photos, notes and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us a licence to store, process and display it only to provide and support the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not breach anyone's rights or the law, including privacy law when you photograph people or premises.

Photos you upload are stored in a protected area that requires a signed-in user of your organisation (or, for support and security, our authorised administrators) to view them. Your organisation decides which of its users can access each site's inspections and photos.

4. Acceptable use

5. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are charged as shown at sign-up or in your agreement, in Australian dollars unless stated, and are payable in advance. Prices include or exclude GST as displayed. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next billing period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Offline features sync when a connection returns. We may update, add or remove features and will give notice of material changes.

7. Not professional advice

Scores, templates and reports are tools to support your own compliance work. They are not legal, safety or professional advice, and you remain responsible for your own compliance and decisions.

8. Data protection

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or security risk. On request, we will make your organisation's data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, subject to law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law permits, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version number and date at the top show the current version. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of that place.
