Who is Audit4me built for?

It is designed for any business that inspects places or work on a schedule and needs a reliable record of what was found and what was done about it: audits, compliance and safety checks, site inspections and operational reporting.

What is included in the 7-day trial?

The 7-day trial includes access to try Audit4me with up to 2 templates and 10 inspections. Team invites and adding extra team members are not included during the trial.

What is included in Full Access?

Full Access allows you to create your organisation, teams and sites, invite users, control roles and visibility, create templates, complete inspections, share templates, create actions and connect data to external platforms.

Can I control user permissions and visibility?

Yes. You can set roles, access levels, permissions and visibility so users only see what they are allowed to access.

Can I create my own templates?

Yes. You can create your own templates with conditional logic, scheduling, notifications and access settings. A template library is also available to help teams get started quickly.

Can reports be customised?

Yes. Audit4me supports customised PDF report templates so your reports can better match your organisation, clients and reporting requirements.

Can Audit4me connect to other platforms?

How is my data protected?

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and pass through a network protection layer. Each organisation's data is kept separate, access depends on role and site, repeated wrong passwords are temporarily locked out, new-device sign-ins trigger an email alert, and sensitive actions are recorded in an activity log.

Are payments secure?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Audit4me does not store card details on the website.

Does Audit4me work on iPhone and Android devices?

Yes. Audit4me works in the browser on iPhone, Android, tablets and desktop computers, and it can be added to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
